Watermelon and Herb Salad

3-4 handfuls mixed field greens (include arugula, basil, parsley, mint)
½ cup feta cheese crumbles
4-5 cups watermelon, cubed
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar




Combine the mix field greens and watermelon in a large bowl. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and red wine vinegar. Add the feta cheese. Toss and serve.
