Spinach Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 pound cooked pasta
1 quart heavy cream
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste

Sauté the onion with the butter in a large skillet. Deglaze the pan with white wine. Stir in the heavy cream. Place thawed spinach in sauce and let simmer until spinach is warmed through. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Stir in pasta and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
