Rice with Black Beans

Ingriedients:
1 cup rice
1 can black beans
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon butter

 

Directions:

Cook rice according to packaged instructions. When rice is almost cooked, add the can of black beans, diced red bell pepper, salt, pepper, cumin and butter. Stir all together and allow the rice to finish cooking. Use this as a side dish for any chicken or fish dish.
