Lamb Kabob Burger

1/2 pound ground lamb
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 shallot, minced
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Combine lamb, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and shallot. Mix and form into a tubular shape, similar to that of a hotdog. Sprinkle the rosemary leaves on the lamb so that it coats only the outside of the lamb. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil. Cook lamb 1-2 minutes on each side. Put in a hot dog bun and top off with the cucumber sauce below.
