Banana Hotdog

2 bananas
3 tablespoons butter
2 hotdog buns
4 cups crushed graham crackers
Strawberry jam
Apricot jam

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Lightly toast hot dog buns open faced in the pan. Peel bananas and cut off the end pieces. Roll bananas in graham crackers, pressing the crackers in the bananas. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and slowly sauté bananas, only enough to warm the crust. Add strawberry jam to the bun as "ketchup". Remove bananas from pan and add to bun. Add apricot jam as "mustard".
