Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto with a Simple Creamy Ranch Dressing

Ingriedients:
8 asparagus spears
4 slices Parma prosciutto

 

Directions:

Layer one slice of prosciutto on a plate. Cut asparagus on a bias, i.e., an angle, to create a "pointy" look. Place the prosciutto so that the top and bottom of the asparagus will be exposed when it's rolled in the prosciutto. Tightly wrap, by rolling the asparagus with the prosciutto. Set aside. When ready to serve, place the asparagus rolls in a nonstick sauté pan over medium heat and cook until prosciutto begins to crisp up. Serve with ranch dressing
