Apple strudel from local bakery
2 cups whipped cream
5-6 strawberries, cleaned and thinly sliced
¼ cup blue berries
Mint leaves for garnish
Cut the strudel in half. Layer one side with half the whipped cream. Add the other half of the strudel on top. Spread remainder of whipped cream on top of the other half. Top off with berries and powdered sugar, and garnish with mint leaf.
