How do I update my contact information?
We want to keep in touch with you, which is why we appreciate you updating any changes (name, address, phone number, or email address). You can update your contact information by emailing us at missionadvancement@ewtn.com or calling 1-800-447-3986 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST Monday–Friday.
Can I choose what type of communications (mail and email) I receive from EWTN?
Yes. For choices involving communication by mail, email us at missionadvancement@ewtn.com or call 1-800-447-3986 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST Monday–Friday.
For choices involving communication by email, simply open any email from EWTN and scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on “Manage preferences.”
If I make additional gifts throughout the year, will my monthly thank you letter show all my gifts?
Yes. And your year-end tax receipt will show your total gifts during the year.
If my credit card is expiring soon, how can I update my account with the new credit card info?
In the near future, we will be using a processor that will automatically update most credit cards. For now, please call 1-800-447-3986 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST Monday–Friday to give us your updated information.

How do I switch from using a credit card to using my bank account to make my monthly gift?
Setting up automated payments through your bank is a smart choice. Fewer fees and administrative costs mean more of your donation goes to EWTN.
