Homeschool Resource List

Author: Gromley & Smith

Liz Gormley & Cecilia Ann Smith

The following is a resource list I hand out or mail to anyone (including non-Catholics) who ask me about homeschooling. The first thing you must do is find out what the law is regarding homeschooling in your state (do not ask the public schools) go through HSlDA or LA's state homeschooling group. If you know any homeschoolers in LA they should be able to give you an address. As for choosing curriculum and how to get started — Write for catalogs and sample copies of homeschooling catalogs and magazines. Their are a number of how-to books out there you'll see them in the catalogs — and ask specific questions here on CRNET. Home School Resources
