Claudio Maria Celli – President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications at the Vatican. Archbishop Celli was the driving force behind the creation of the Vatican’s web page and now heads the Vatican Congregation that studies how the Church can best interface with modern day culture using the various media (old and new) that speak to Catholics and non-Catholics all over the world.
