Kazimir was reluctant to take on this work at first but after beginning the project he realized the extraordinary message of Divine Mercy, which Our Lord revealed to St. Faustina. He has practiced and spread the devotion since.

Postulator for the canonization of St. Faustina, Fr. Seraphim talks about how he went to Poland during it’s occupation by the Soviet Union and secretly took photographs of each page of St. Faustina’s diary. The Soviet’s would not allow him to take the diary nor a copy of it out of the country. Since then it has been translated into many languages and the Devotion of the Divine Mercy has spread throughout the world.

Brother Tim was brought up near the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in a Catholic family which practiced the devotion to the Divine Mercy with great fervor. As a young adult he grew away from the devotion and his faith was greatly weakened. Eventually he not only returned to the Church, but also received a calling from God to serve as a brother of the Marian’s of the Immaculate Conception. He is now the sacristan at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy.
