Confession

How do you start and end a confession? I've gone to confession before, I just do not want to make a mistake.

Brianna--

I usually start, "Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. It's been [insert time frame] since my last confession." I end with "... for these, for all the sins of my past life, and for any I have forgotten, I am truly sorry." These are suggestions only, and please keep in mind that any mortal sins remembered later must still be confessed at your next confession.
