Titles for Eastern Rite Church

While perusing Catholic church in India, I came across a web site (see link below), are the titles claimed by the incumbent of the see approved by The Pope. Especially the salutation of Moran Mor which means His Holiness, my understanding was that only Pope uses that salutation, can you please clarify? http://www.malankaracatholicchurch.net/major_archbishop.html
