Scrupulosity

Hello Dr. Geraghty,

I noticed many people post questions concerning the topic of scrupulosity on EWTN and I just wanted to recommend a helpful book those who suffer from scrupulosity. The book is called "Understanding Scrupulosity: Questions, Helps, and Encouragement" by Thomas M. Santa, C.Ss.R. The book explains scrupulosity, describes ways of coping and overcoming it as well as provides words of encouragement (including stories of saints who suffered from scrupulosity as well).

I just thought I'd pass this bit of information along. I hope it helps some people who suffer from scrupulosity. God Bless!
