Baptism at Easter
Question from Annie on 3/22/2013:

Is Easter the only time to be baptized and join the Catholic Church?

Answer by Catholic Answers on 3/22/2013:

Annie--

No. Baptism and reception into the Church can happen on any day. It is common practice though, at least in the U.S., for parishes to offer the sacraments of initiation to adults at the Easter Vigil Mass. If there is a need for baptism and reception on another day, the person should consult with his pastor to make arrangements.
