Yoga
Question from Anonymous on 3/6/2013:

Sometimes I do yoga for the health benefits --increased flexibilty, strengthened muscles, better breathing, and relaxation -- and I skip out on the meditation. Recently, I heard that yoga itself without the meditation is bad. I always thought it was just a form of exercise! Can I still do it in good conscience?
