Cuomo
Question from anonymous on 1/23/2013:

Dear Judie, What is going on in NYS? Gov. Cuomo is supporting a bill that will allow abortions in New York State after 24 weeks of pregnancy. I thought late term abortions were outlawed with the ban on partial birth abortions. How is this possible for Cuomo to do this?

Answer by Judie Brown on 1/29/2013:

Cuomo can do whatever he wants to do as governor. He is not doing anything illegal in this case but it is very sad that Cardinal Dolan has not called him to account and made it clear that Cuomo must not receive the body of Christ.
