When I read my post, I realized it was totally mixed up! A big oops too! At His trial Jesus questioned those striking him in a patient manner. The apostle Paul called those striking him a "white washed wall". Readers should read the passages that I posted to read for themselves. The response to those who violate others should be the same. Respond in a responsible, reasonable, and loving way, and perhaps the offender will be surprised and chill out. If not, we leave it to God, and the person offended can be at peace knowing they did their best to address the problem with offender. Thank you for allowing me to correct my erroneous post.
