Genesis "We"
Question from Frank V. on 12/24/2012:

Dear Doctor, I am not a hebrew scholar and so I don't know what the Hebrew actually means. However "We" has been used by kings, emporers and popes for countless years so it may be just the translators definition to show God's authority. Then too, we musn't forget that God actually is a "WE" because He is three Persons.

Thank you, God bless you, Blessed Christmas,

Frank V.

Answer by Richard Geraghty on 12/25/2012:

Dear Frank,

A good point.

Dr. Geraghty
