My question is if your job demands you to work on Sundays is this a disobedient act against God? Jesus freed us from the law, but obedience of keeping the ten commandments are a result of loving God. I think it would be considering any of the other commandments knowingly ready to act out. |

The commandment would be against unnecessary work. Some folks, to include police,
nurses, firemen and many others have a responsibility to work Sundays! Since their
work preserves lives. As to jobs that are unnecessary on Sunday, individuals must
make decisions of conscience. Hard choices in times when society has no regard for
