ROSARY OF THE UNBORN
Question from Elizabeth on 12/27/2008:

I would like to know if it is ok to use a new rosary for the unborn that is in the shape of a fetus in a tear drop. There is a web site saying about an apparition of the virgin to a lay person, and the virgin told the person to make a rosary of the shape of a fetus to pray for the unborn. I don' t know if it is approved by the catholic church that devotion with the rosary. Or it is a pius devotion and it doesn't interfere with the catholic church practice. Thank you in advance for your response.

Answer by Judie Brown on 12/28/2008:

Dear Elizabeth

I have never seen anything to suggest that the pro-life Rosary is not approved by the Church.
