If I go to heaven, will I be with my family members? What if they are holier and more merciful than I am? In relation to degrees in heaven, will they be closer to God and therefore farther away from me? |

We certainly will be reunited with our loved ones in Heaven. Do not fret over degrees of charity. Do not think of Heaven as levels or the Saints as though there are class distinctions; rather, as I have noted, our personal degree of happiness will be in proportion to our degree of charity, since the more we love the greater happiness we experience in loving God and others.
