Kegel Exercise
Question from AT on 6/25/2009:

Is it immoral for a married man to practice the kegel exercise for the purpose of improving marital relations? Kegels are done by contracting and releasing the same muscle used to stop urine flow. They are often recommended for pregnant women, but are also said to have a beneficial impact upon male health. Please advise me as to whether or not this practice is morally permissable. Thank you and God bless.

Answer by David Gregson on 11/2/2009:

It is morally permissable for a man to practice these exercises.
