Mandate
Question from LRoy on 6/30/2012:

Judging by the 5-4 decision, the pro-abortion judges voted for and the four against voted against. Granted if the majority of judges were pro-life, the mandate would've been struck down...DEAD.

We need one or two more pro-life judges in the Supreme Court to stop these laws.

We have to remember that even if a justice is portrayed as pro-life, it does not mean he or she will rule in that manner.
