Cult of Mary-Appearances and Messages

These messages of Mary are they not part of the cult of Mary. These are not articles of faith. I hate to see any Church continue as if it was dogma (I know it is not dogma) pious stories that are always vague or a secret or the world is not ready for.

The Church-approved Marian apparitions are not dogma, but the Church presents them as worthy of belief. Catholics are not worse off for having believed them. May the same be said for Catholics who refused to believe them?
