4. What about French Language programming?

Our French language programming is currently limited in quantity. To that end, we are exploring alternative ways to offer EWTN's French programming through the Internet. 7. What else would I need to do?

For our affiliates

Although the EWTN signal is in the clear and does not require authorization, we ask that our affiliates notify us when they have completed the changes to include Astra 1H for EWTN Katholisches Fernsehen Weltweit and to inform us to which satellite they have redirected (Hotbird 6 or Eurobird 1) for EWTN - Europe English

For our viewers

Since Hotbird 6 is only 6 degrees from Astra 1KR, the simple addition of a second LNB (Low Noise Blocker) to your satellite dish will enable you to receive EWTN – Europe English from Hotbird 6 satellite as well as all the other Free to Air channels on your television set. The addition of the second LNB by a satellite dish installer entails a nominal one-time charge.
