It’s refreshing for a French person like me, to visit France with the American pilgrims. As French person I have a Christian past that is around 1500 years old. That when we could say that France started to be build. It was the time of the creation of monasteries and of the Benedictine monks. And it went on and on even if the French Revolution brought a change in the mentalities. And since the Americans are excited about all this Christian past, it makes me rediscover all that history.
