Mission Fig Salad

30 figs, cut in half
½ cup cubed ham
¼ cup goat cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mint leaves, minced
1 tablespoon thyme, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Olive Oil



Cut the figs in half, and add the ham and figs to a shallow pan. Lightly season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Drizzle with olive oil. Place under broiler to heat figs.  When figs are heated, remove from broiler and add to a bowl with goat cheese, and minced herbs. Mix well, allowing the heat form the figs to melt the cheese.
