Pan Seared Tenderloins


Luke 15:23:

23 ‘And bring the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and make merry;’





1-2 lbs Beef tenders
All purpose flour
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
½ cup White wine
½ cup Beef stock or left over vegetable stock
½ cup Heavy whipping cream
Flat leaf parsley
Side of pre-cooked penne pasta




Cut beef into cubes and season with salt & pepper and lightly dredge in flour.

Sauté in pan and with olive oil and butter and remove.

Add butter, white wine and parsley, stock and cream.

Simmer and add beef.


Toss in pasta and garnish with pinch of parsley.
