Honey and Roasted Garlic Spread


Numbers 11:5
5 “We remember the fish we ate in Egypt for nothing, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic;”



2 Garlic Bulbs
1 tablespoon honey – room temperature
Olive oil
½ Lemon, zest and juice
Salt & pepper
1 tablespoon Blue cheese
Small baguette
Parsley (Garnish)





Cut off top of bulbs, set on roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Wrap loosely in foil, allowing for ventilation. Roast in oven 20 minutes at 350º until soft.

Cut baguettes into slices for crostini ant toast in oven 10 minutes.

Squeeze out garlic out of skins and mix in bowl with 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon blue cheese, and the zest of 1/2 lemon with juice of ½ lemon.

Add a pinch of salt & pepper. Mix and spread over crostini and garnish with parsley
