All Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit! Blessed be the Virgin Mary!
At 6:48 pm on Tuesday 19 April 2005, the world was transfixed on Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, the "simple and humble worker in the vineyard of the Lord", who was transfigured by divine grace and blessing at the Conclave to become our Pope Benedict XVI.
Indeed, a befitting sequel to the events of Friday 8 April 2005, when the Universal Church and Humanity stood still, in bereavement and farewell, for a Great One – our beloved Pope John Paul II. An extraordinary Servant of the servants of God, and by His grace, welcome by the Saints, in richly deserved glory, into the eternal Kingdom. From where, he will continue to bless us and pray for the Church. The ‘expedited’ beatification of Pope John Paul ‘the Great’, by the worthy successor - His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI, and subsequent canonization, will surely present us with glorious and much cherished sequences.
Our family eagerly and prayerfully looks forward to these occasions as we join other faithful to commend your pontificate to the Blessed Trinity and our Most Holy Mother.
God bless the Pope!
