Father Mark entered religious life in March of 1994 and was ordained a priest in October 2003. He grew up in Huntsville Alabama and attended the Colorado School of Mines. He earned a B.S. in Engineering Physics and worked for two years in Huntsville for a small company that specialized in defense contracts for the government. Father Mark is currently the Novice Master and chaplain for EWTN. He is currently host of Life on the Rock.
I sat down with Jackie after the show to continue our conversation. She has a lot to say on many subjects that affect young people today. In this interview, she shared about truly seeking God in the spiritual life. She talked about prayer and adoration in her own devotional life. She spoke of how she has witnessed how young people find healing in prayer, and the hope she has for today’s youth. Jackie also discussed the Church’s view of marriage and her own experience of courtship in today’s culture. Jackie’s faith and work with young people brings hope to us all in these challenging times.
