Q:
I have suddenly stopped getting Wings. What happened? How do I get
it back on your mailing list?
A:
You may have been placed under the do not mail list and EWTN cannot
take you off of the list without your help.
Go to http://www.ewtn.com and enter your email address into the
wings signup box again.
Once you do that you may see something similar to this
"You are already a member of the WINGS - EWTN mailing list. If you
would like to update your profile, please click Submit and
instructions will be emailed to you."
To complete the sign-up process, you must click Submit and click
Update Your Profile in the email you receive next.
You will then be sent to a page
where you will have Confirmed
Opt-in for your account, by selecting the buttons. After selecting the WINGS
list you want to join in the Update Profile you will receive
another email in which you must click Confirm Subscription. Please
confirm this email to start receiving Wings or Religious Catalogue

Q: My child lost their sign in
for EWTNkids. Can it be reset? We have tried entering another
password and it is locked up. What can I do?
A:
The EWTNkids database goes through several security protocols. If
someone tries another password with a used email address it will
lock you out. To reset email a request to
