1.
Process all EWTN employee taxable compensation and compensation-based benefits in accordance with EWTN policy and local, State and Federal Employment Compensation laws using ADP Workforce Now software.

Administer EWTN Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Bank Policy.
3. Ensure compliance with all Local, State and Federal employment tax requirements and Court-Ordered Wage Garnishment orders. Calculate monies owed to courts based on Wage Garnishment laws of each individual state.

Reconcile various payroll-related General Ledger Accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required by EWTN Leadership.
5. Provides detailed Analytical Reports to EWTN Management, Benefits Providers and Local, State, and Federal governments.
6. Administer Employee Loan Program disbursements. Provide explanations of the program to employees and advise on program parameters as it relates to eligibility.
7. Coordinates with benefits providers to compile information required (Schedule A's) for filing FORM 5500 with the U.S. Treasury Department (Internal Revenue Service).
