RESERVATION POLICY FOR
EWTN LIVE SHOW TICKETS
EWTN has implemented the following policy
regarding ticketing and seating for all live shows: |
- Admission to all Live Shows will be by
reservation only. Reservations are for
general seating and do not imply the assignment of a specific seat
or section.
- Occasionally, Live Shows are cancelled.
Should this occur, we will promptly attempt to contact those with
reservations to inform them of this change.

- For groups registered with the EWTN
Pilgrimage Department: We can only
reserve space for your group for one of the Live Shows. You may make
provisional reservations in case we have room to accommodate your
group on another night.
- Individuals
wishing to attend a Live Show must make their reservations in
advance by contacting the EWTN Pilgrimage Department. This may be
done in writing, by phone [205-271-2966 (option 2)], by fax
[205-271-2957], or by e-mail
[pilgrimages@ewtn.com ].
- Pilgrims with special needs, including those
with wheelchairs or walkers, should notify us when making
reservations so that appropriate accommodations can be made.

- Any reservations unclaimed by 6:30 PM Central Time will be
released to individuals at the door.
The date on which you make your
reservations determines the order in which you will be admitted into
the studio. Please make your reservations as soon as you are able.
All shows begin at 7:00 PM Central
Time. Seating for the Monday Live Show begins at 6:30 PM CT. Seating
for the Tuesday and Wednesday Live Shows begins at 6:00 PM CT.
Seating for the Thursday night live show begins at 6:15 PM CT.
