Because of the overwhelming response we received to last year’s twenty-fifth anniversary event, we’ve decided to invite our EWTN Family back this summer for another EWTN Family Celebration.  This free event will be held at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday July 21^st and Sunday July 22^nd, 2007.  This year’s Celebration will focus on the theme of Eucharist: Body of Christ. 

Throughout the weekend you will have the opportunity to spend time in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, go to confession and to come together for Mass and prayer with your EWTN Family from around the world. 

The event will feature powerful talks by Father Benedict Groeschel, C.F.R., Marcus Grodi, Mother Assumpta Long, O.P., Father Antoine Thomas, CSJ  and others.  

You’ll have the chance to greet the Poor Clare Nuns, Franciscan Friars and some of your favorite EWTN hosts.  There will also be a special area just for children where they can visit the EWTN Faith Factory and say “Hey” to Brother Leo or meet the Dominican Nuns from the Truth in the Heart series.  There will even be a special Holy Hour just for kids!
